Secret resales 2015

This thread has gone mental - I joined in about a month ago on the build up to resale, didn't get a ticket and have hung around here like a bad smell ever since! I only went for lunch and there had been over 130 posts since!

I've actually emailed my IT dept to ask if I can have Internet access 24/7 for the next week or so.... Well the second word of their 2 word reply was 'off'

that'll be a no then...

Haha I had a similar experience this morning the Internet in my house stopped working for like 15 minutes and I was absolutely livid

I wonder how many people on the inside (See / Glastonbury) actually know when it'll happen, that is, if it's even announced to them

Surely someone in there would have to organise it - all the changes to the pages, IT setup, payments etc etc

I love it even if I don't get tickets I will be on here at least I can live it through you guys who have got tickets:-)

Ha ha - I was thinking the exact opposite, if I don't get tickets I'll be off this thread like a flash, I won't be able to cope!

That's what makes me think the guys who run the social media pages are being honest with their replies saying they don't know. They may not tell them incase someone let's it slip?

I've followed efestivals for so long but never posted as me and my friends have always managed to get tickets...being the unfortunate individual out of my group who was unable to obtain a ticket sucked but at least on here there's hope and many who are experiencing the same level of immense frustration!!

If you aren't successful (even though I think this thread gives you a pretty good chance!) PLEASE don't give up hope with entering the ticket competitions. It's not as hard as you think and they don't take effort to enter. Got to be in them to win them x

Yeah maybe it's a very, very close circle. I'm not techie in anyway shape or form (other than the basics and what the internet tells me) but from being online during all the activity yesterday, I don't think that was done by a computer so it'd be interesting to see how many people on the inside actually know when its gonna come and how they're sworn to secrecy.

SOMEONE OUT THERE KNOWS!!

    • To be fair @Superscally barely mentions the running thing. Very quiet about it 😘
    • I guess we'll just have to wait until videos of the shows go up, but the fact that the standing is also greyed out still suggests to me that those sections just sold out out before the others and a blue block just be like 3 tickets left, it's still not concrete proof they never went on sale and if they were never on sale why would they not make it even, if 414 wasn't on sale then you'd think 409 wouldn't be either
    • Selfish, but I've done the 2 days I'm there.. i'll try to do the rest through the day but might get beaten to it as it's editable....    https://clashfinder.com/s/ape2026/
    • I don’t think the festival automatically ‘need’ to have a female headliner if you have strong female headliners on the Other Stage (which I reckon will be Rosalia and Phoebe Bridgers), perhaps a female legend (praying for Annie, will take Cher), and a few female/mix gendered subs on the Pyramid (maybe London Grammar, The xx). From what I’ve seen of Sabrina, her team prioritises the pay day and I think she will be doing Wembley over Glasto weekend.   One thing I’ve noticed is a lot of the suggestions would be first time headliners and I can’t work out when the last time was that the festival had three artists top the bill that hadn’t topped it before? It seems to be something they like to do to make sure they have a ‘safe’ headliner that will land well with the masses. Plenty of names in that hat that could step back up next summer and should/could be about: Billie Eilish, Adele, Foo Fighters, The Cure, Radiohead, U2…hell, if Beyoncé is really planning to release a ‘rock n roll’ album to complete her Renaissance trilogy, Glastonbury would be a great place to ‘kick off’ that campaign for her.   And there’s always the Rihanna rumour. Her husband (I think) said this week she’s in the studio.
    • And all (or all but one) of the secret sets repeats though?
