Resale

How much more do coach tickets cost? If location is a factor, I'd be going from London

In total I've paid £275 so coach was about £50. Looking at the site though it varies by location a fair bit. The See coaches are undoubtedly overpriced as National Express would be about £20 and more convenient but hey ho.

What a pain, yes I think I probably could have got coach tickets in the main sale, as I tested the link and got through straight away.

I did the same thing!!! I was curious, just incase you could pick times from outside of London, could have booked them and been done with it. My own fault really

Best of luck to you :)

I would say it would be after the efestivals win Glastonbury tickets competition deadline Thursday 7th May; only uneducated guess though.

Resale has been in the past the sunday 2 weeks after the deadline of ticket payment, so would be the 26th, It'll be before May so there is still the chance of people getting refunds if need be

Agree this is usually the case, but why then the deadline of thurs 7th may for efestivals tickets competition? Seems a little late.....

because that is probably just the deadline efestivals have been given by GFL, plus it then stops someone winning the ticket then cancelling it and trying to get money back for the ticket in some crazy roundabout way, quite a few comps will probably appear over the next month with later and later deadlines

Imagine the carnage if it was the tickets, people without would basically have to spend a month refreshing the website, would at least weed out the uncommitted

That's essentially how the secret sales work...perseverance pays

First time trying. What are my chances? Slim?

i got some (pretty easily) in 2013 (and that was the year of the Stones, when i thought it'd be almost impossible). it's really hard to say - i'm really hoping they hold out on the lineup now so that there's that little bit less interest in the resale (although i doubt they'll hold out that long)

What's this coach thing? Is it easier to get tickets if you get coach tickets first or something?

They now seem to sell the coach tickets a couple of days before the entry-only tickets. Fewer people are likely to go for those, that is purely the thinking.

Been looking at my bank balance and totting up bills over and over for the last few days and have just decided I can't pay my ticket. Things may have changed by the resale so hopefully I'll be joining you lot. Feel gutted at the moment to be honest.

    • No worries, it's a perfectly fair question to ask. I would expect people to be talking at the back & near the bars & that is where I would want them to be talking. If your group are enjoying yourselves & the music & briefly chatting to say how much you are loving a certain song etc, you would be an ideal group to stand behind.   My issue is with people having full blown conversations (usually unrelated what is on the stage) whilst being surrounded by people who are trying to listen to the music. This was happening in the middle and towards the front of all stages, & so you have limited options to move around & you may have spent 20 minutes waiting for the band trying to get the closest position that you can. If there's a group of 8 people, there may be 2 or 3 that like the band & the rest will start talking if the music isn't their thing. This may be the norm now for festivals, and if it is, that's ok & I will focus on a band's own gigs & UK based new music festivals.    I'm also not including consequences of my own decision making. I saw Geese on Wednesday so went to Occident after Men I Trust finished so it was understandable there would be chatting that far back. Similarly, getting to The XX after Olivia Rodrigo along with most of the site, I knew my chance of a good spot & a chat-free zone had gone so that was completely reasonable.   PS. I went to Bilbao BBK in 2023 & 2025 & enjoyed it. For Pulp & Kylie in 2025, I got a position early & was surrounded by a respectful & fun crowd for both. The UK non-headlining bands tend to go on the undercover 3rd stage, & most people like to congregate outside so you can usually get close to the front of that stage.
    • Interview on 6 music earlier, was going to get the album to have a listen, but comes out the day they play the festival
    • Additional dates added already
    • I feel like it's not COMPLETELY beyond the realm of possibility that they could headline but I just don't see it.    They're not doing anything other than headlining. So nah, I don't see it.
    • Consider that the sound quality can be better near the front bars right behind the soundbooth rather than closer to the stage, like with mbv. And of course, the front sections are full of talkers too.   The most courteous move would be to have conversations in the very back of the field.
