It's a mixtape, not an album (to be honest I don't even know what the real difference is anyway) and he'd be a terrible fit for the festival even with two rockier headliners. Also when did you become Alan77?

It's like 12 quid? gotta be the most expensive mixtape i've ever seen!

And how am I Alan77? I think with the way R&L is going Drake could be a potential headliner in the future.

A trio like The Prodigy, Drake, Foo Fighters would work very well.

Why did you even say this

To clarify the point that I'm not sure on the difference but I know that an mixtape doesn't count as a studio LP if I'm wrong, I'm wrong and it isn't going to affect me

Still a mixtape though and how are you Alan77 you ask? You just said why yourself

It doesn't even matter whether it's a mixtape or album though, it just seemed like you were trying to slate Matt for anything possible.

It does though when Matt's saying he should headline because his new album is great.

He probably would be popular but primarily with people with no interest in anything else on the lineup.

More than that- it's looking to be pretty well received across the board, his previous album really made him big in the UK too.

I don't know, hypothetically I could see R&L booking him, but then again that's conjecture.

    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
    • 6music just shared a video of all of Fontaines DC singing along to the Cure last night. It'll be them. Booooo    Olivia might get up for I Love You though...
    • Proper loser behaviour wearing a tee like that. Me and my mate play a game every year called ‘Boomer Tees’ and there’s some gems every time.
