Lineup 2015

Recommended Posts

Exactly, theyre TBC on eFests however were not 100% sure if theyre headlining or just playing. Plus we don't really know any other bands besides Peace who are very very likely to be announced.

We are as sure about Libertines as we were about any of the last three headliners last year.

Just as a side point, if Peace sub the NME as many of us appear to think they will, their slots for 13-14-15 will be the same as Enter Shikari for 08-09-10. Expect to see them third on the mainstage in 2019 :)

Some of us think they'll headline it yo.

who sold them as third down

who sold vampire weekend as subs

did this happen

Depends if you define the first of the co headliners to play as a 'sub' or not. The poster implied not. VW are easily a sub sized band and their set felt that way.

Hoping for a cool surprises tomorrow like Weezer.

Weezer would be awesome that partnered with a good sub or a headliner that's not the libertines i'd probably buy a ticket no offence to the libertines good band but just not my thing and tbf seems like a bit of a weak booking

Aye but in reality you don't expect Gorillaz to be announced.

Well that depends on what happens. In the likely event that they're not announced I'll just go "I was just having a bit of a laugh, nothing serious" but if by some bizarre miracle (as it means no Mumford) they're I'll say "SEE I TOLD YOU GUYS THAT THEY WOULD PLAY BUT NONE OF YOU LISTENED TO ME!!11!!1!" then I just referring to it every single time someone doubted me

If it makes you feel any better, I'd predict them if I entered that game. Announcing their return now and so far in advance of any material is more intriguing than the scant rumour of Mumford who I - as said before - don't think fits the festival.

Personally think given the past two years, the 'popular young' headliner likely to sell the most day tickets has been the second. With the 1st/3rd being more typical R&L headliners with less of a wide appeal. On that basis I'm going for Mumfords tomorrow Libs in March.

That's good then :P but I don't think it will be The Libertines announced tomorrow with T having announced them a week earlier but then again I don't think Mumford are playing at all so I've just gone with them due to the fact that they're coming back and it could be (and probably won't) be Refused all over again.

Surely as everyone is sure its libertines they'll announce them tomorrow and keep the surprise till the big one in march

But T have already announced The Libertines though so that is my only problem with it. It was the main announcement it would be fine but this is a smaller one I feel that it wouldn't make much sense to reveal a headliner that is already playing a major festival but then again I could be wrong

But in 2013 is wasn't the Eminem day that sold out first though, it was Biffy's (if I remember correctly) and I'd say that Biffy was probably the most typical R&L headliner that year and Arctics have always been right for the festival whilst Mumford aren't
