My friend managed in the end to get two Royal Blood tickets for Portsmouth; sold out whilst he was putting in his payment details on SeeTickets but managed to grab some on Ticketweb at 9:40am

I hope this 'I did/didn't get tickets for this gig' thing becomes a regular feature. Very enjoyable to read, although not quite as much fun as the 'I can't go to this gig because I have these exams on these days and my parents wouldn't want it to affect my future prospects' discussions.

Just seen that Royal Blood tickets for Sheffield are on Viagogo from £170. I don't see why anyone would pay that much for a ticket that originally on sale for £14

Also one of my mates was putting his details in and selected finish payment at 9:01 and they had already gone

Yeah I've just checked StubHub and there are a few on there for £100 each, honestly can't see anyone being daft enough to pay it though.

And for future reference, SeeTickets lets you pay with PayPal, so much quicker and easier than putting all your card details in.

They'll probably announce bigger dates for 2015 after the end of the UK tour. Can't see anything else short term - I mean it's not like they didn't anticipate a sell out.

I was also supposed to be home at 7 to drive my brother to get his hair cut.

Oh well.

On the plus side my friends have some great, non-embarrassing Snapchat stories of me camply playing Just Dance at 4am.

I'll spend that day revising for exams instead.

And buy a DFA ticket instead lol.

Dad probably won't let me go anyway; need his permission for boarding school to allow me outside.
