For my 30th in May I was meant to see him in Dublin. Obviously became cancelled due to covid... my mate contacted him and he drew this as a surprise for me

without doubt the worst moment of my weekend last year was listening to Nick Cave, gave it 20 minutes as he had been raved about on here then had to leave.

Massive misjudgement in my view. For me he was the absolute highlight of a brilliant year. I was not a huge fan before this but his theatre and presence and the startlingly tight Bad Seeds stole the show. Real entertainment all round.

Only marred by idiots waiting for Mumford and talking all the way through it.

Wasn't at Glastonbury, but I saw Nick at Werchter last year. Had never listened to him until early 2013 when I was reading lots about him on here (so you crazy fans have gained the man fans), and he was incredible. My favourite festival set along with The Cure at Leeds in 2012. There were loads of acts I was more familiar with playing, and Nick Cave didn't even play a part in me wanting to go, but bloody hell, he blew everyone away. Jubilee Street and Stagger Lee literally killed me. So loud.

Let's just hope it doesn't bloody rain. I've never been there before so would be interested to hear what it's like.

well you have to sit on a cold, hard concrete floor I guess...I've only been there for gigs. And last time it absolutely lashed it down! In August too!
