So eh... how are people planning to distinguish their tents from each other because that looks like a LOT of very similar tents. I've had people drunkenly decide my tent is theirs before (or claim that they were drunk.. could easily have been been planning on going through it).

More of a justification for increasing crew camping in previous public camping areas. Glasto has a limit for total people on site, WV doesn't affect this.

My girlfriend made the booking for the tent under her name but now isn't able to make it until Thursday afternoon - however we've got a friend going along (staying in WV under a different booking) who has to get there on Tuesday evening. As such I'd rather get there on Tuesday, but will I be allowed in to WV/gain access to the tent if the booking isn't in my name but I have all the relevant documents? Thanks!

Yes, I asked this as we're going separately to mates for whom we booked the tents. So long as each party turning up separately has (a) festival tickets and ( print-out of the Worthy View confirmation email and © Car park ticket (If needed) then should be fine...

I wondered how many on here were planning to arrive on Tuesday evening, I think there may be quite a bit of traffic arriving for the WV opening and as it is down a little lane I expect there will be a big queue to get in and then for process everyone to allocate their tents

@4:30pm for us. Would have liked earlier but can't get away any sooner. But at least at that time the queues will be small(er)

I think some may have gone for WV because they won't be arriving until late wed or Thursday onward, so not having to scramble for a good camping spot. So although some us may not be able to wait I would expect a manageable arrivals rate on Tuesday.

Been trying to find a definite answer to this as there seems a bit of conflicting information - or I'm interpreting it completely incorrectly! Will be getting a taxi up south from Yeovil, aiming to get to WV at 5.30-ish on Tuesday. Will the taxi by allowed up to the gate/car park to drop me off?

If it's anything like in previous years, loads don't arrive until Thursday and Friday, with still a fair few arriving on Saturday morning.

That is then the attraction of pre-erected tent.
