Same mate, priorities and all that. Used to be 2 or 3 a week now im lucky if I get to 1 a month. Going to see radiohead next week and with ticket, travel, hotel and spends im jot going to have much change out of 200 quid....thats takes alot of explaining with chrimbo fastly aproaching.

Its more like 60 quid aswel once you put the silly add ons on.

Yup, Radiohead, as much as love their music, have really demonstrated that for all the anti-corporation spouting they have done in the past, that they're no better than anyone else. 70 quid at the O2 is indefensible.

Yeah the smaller bands seemed to have gone back down to more sensible levels again, they was creeping up for a bit hitting the 30/35 bracket but seems to have backfired tongue.png

Couldn't believe Radiohead tickets 70 quid!!! Was tempted for their extra seats but that's just ridiculous!! In 2008 i payed 70 quid to go see Muse at V but at least I got a day festival out of it!

I think the most ridiculous bit of ticket prices is "delivery fees" for box office collection/printing yourself. I get there being a delivery fee when they post them to you (although £4 or whatever is ridiculous for en-masse non-recorded royal mail), but there is no way they should charge for printing off an e-mail.

Exactly. A 70quid ticket for o2 with beers and travel, especially as the only other UK gig they're playing is one night in Manchester, some people are looking at 150+ night, or not see them for another 3 years probably

Really starting to fall for the album after repeat listens.I liked Resistance but it didn't have a 'wow' factor, this does.Really love every track bar Explorers & The 2nd Law duo which are decent album tracks but everything else I'd love to hear in a live setting.

    • Hezbollah rejected it. Really Israel should get the f**k out, and US and others should support the Lebanese govt in defeating Hezbollah.
    • Still thinking Reform might scrape a win in Makerfield and it will be the biggest LOL ever.
    • Yeah, 10 minutes could be better but it's definitely far from disastrous.
