Bastille were pretty fantastic in my opinion, crowd seemed to love them.

Dizzee played way too much new stuff but he really got the crowd going and it really was impossible to not have fun! :)

Muse killed it as always, incredible set up (best I've ever seen from them) and a wonderful setlist. Bliss, Eurasia, Dead Star, New Born (back up to its original speed), Unintended and Blackout were particular highlights.

One little gripe. Too many drunk, middle aged couples. The amount of white knight husbands pushing the crowd away was just silly at times.

I was there and had very much the same opinion - apart from it being one of the greatest gigs. Too much stuff tham not a fan of run of Unintended - Blackout guiding Light just completely took the energy out of the crowd and it didn't get going again. That said they are still one of the best live acts around, just a shame the material they're playing doesn't match the performance.

DEAD STAR.

Guiding light - what the fuck?

Starlight closing - what the fuck?

No guitar in Blackout - what the fuck?

Anyone else at the front that couldn't hear Unintended over the weird feedback attack from the speakers?

Got all excited when they closed the first encore with Survival and opened the second one with Uprising, thinking "Oh God there must be something special to come, because they're obviously not going to close with Starlight". Oh.

Anyway, brilliant gig. Two songs I haven't seen before in Dead Star (fuck yes) and Blackout. 6th Muse gig and I've yet to see my favourite song in Butterflies and Hurricanes (bastards).

Saw people at the front with 'Fury' signs. If they play Fury tonight I'll be massively pissed.

They need to switch up that first encore. 4 slow songs completely killed the atmosphere, especially when it included their two worst songs barring Neutron Star Collision.

Apologies for the Muse lecture. I'm on the train home, hardly slept, still buzzing from the gig.

Ps. Dead Star got an awesome reaction around us.

I had queued up for hours before ( because I had nothing better to do with my life im not even a big fan) and the energy where I was at the barrier on the walkway (where chris always stopped at and where dizzee took the instagram photo) and the crowd there were well up for every song they played, maybe it helped they were all the hard core fans and Matt came and grabbed out arms

I'm downloading their mixtapes now because they're meant to be a lot better than the album, their Rhythm is A Dancer sample/cover whatever it is, I thought was pretty cool, off of the album other than the ones you mentioned I really like Icarus, Oblivion and Things We Lost in the Fire. They've certainly grown on me.

I really hope you come back and say they're awful so that it makes it an easier decision for me to go and see ASIWYFA/Gallows over them

Yeah I was originally annoyed when I saw the setlist, but then noticed it had replaced Dead Star so I didn't mind. I think the rotations were pretty even altogether, I'd have happily been at either gig. Is Guiding Light going to be a fucking staple? Jesus.

Apparently Dom told the Fury people on Saturday that it'll be played at one date, and I'm going to the only remaining proper UK date, so maybe (not hopeful, though).
