The Who are touring the US in June/July, who's to say they couldn't surprise everyone and turn up? I really wouldn't see Sabbath as a definite. They were in talks, so they're a stronger rumour than any of our speculation, but we don't know how they went.

They would fit the fest though. Also, based on The Cure day last year, I don't think you can say that it would affect the bands on the mainstage below them that day.

I think it may have been mentioned in the V festival thread, and I'm not saying I want this to happen, but has anyone considered the possibility that maybe Coldplay could headline? I'd say possibly too mainstream, but they are a massive ticket seller!
