Dalglish didn't do a Press Conference.

Ferguson criticised Evra slightly and went mad about Suarez never playing again despite the fact he made Cantona captain and played him loads despite him kicking a fan in the face.

Not sure either deserve praise there?

Got to love the Liverpool fans tweeting / posting a still picture of the " handshake" trying to make out it was evra who refused it, the picture actually shows suarezs hand out to de gea, but from the angle the picture was taken it looks like he's offering it to evra.

Same old Liverpool, always the victims

what pisses me of were talking about suarez when its been a great day for football.

Everton beating chelsea, henry gettting the winner for arsenal, norwich up to 8th, adebayor getting 4 assists and a goal, blackburn still scrapping to get out of a relegation spot, man utd winning and going top.

But all were talking about is suarez!

*back briefly from drowning sorrows before going out to sesh mk 2*

*is sulking*

We were fucking awful. We should have had a pen at 2-0 when Adebayor handballed, but there was no way we deserved to win it. Perch and Obertan in particular were dire, but Simpson, Williamson, Guthrie missed a lot of tackles and gave the ball away a lot. Colo had some good moments but some poor. Krul could have done better for 2 of the goals. Cisse and Ba were isolated up front but didn't do much when they got the ball.

We need to win the next 2 games if we're to actually have a chance of 4th. I still think Arsenal will get it, but we have to keep trying. Europa League would still be an amazing season.#

*returns to sulking*

To be fair I think most want to. But you only had to see the build up before the games to see it was all on Suarez. Because ITV had the FA Cup tie this was Sky's chance to make an issue of the feud. The handshake thing has obviously been discussed to death on here and online elsewhere but in the real world people seemed to be speaking about the football.

I reckon Suarez is the biggest c*nt of them all. Compare him with say Henry, he did a c*ntish thing to Ireland in the qualifiers but generally isn't a d*ck so even opposition fans respect him. Suarez is a class apart because it is continual. He did Ghana over in the World Cup, was banned whilst playing for Ajax for biting a player, this racism thing, sticking his finger up etc etc Rooney can be a d*ck but its more just being an ar*e than actually f*cking people over.

Disgrace if you ask me! He was given the title of 'Cannibal of Ajax', says it all really...

Don't normally touch the Daily Mail but it gives a little run down of his antics...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2076827/Luis-Suarez-history-Otman-Bakkal-Uruguay-v-Ghana-handball-World-Cup.html

I have no love for either liverpool or man utd, I think the suarez ban was about right but feel in general both player are equally unlikable. However the impression I get is liverpool have handled the situation terribly while man utd have handled it almost perfectly. I dont think manchester united the club/fans/players are any more (or less) genuine than liverpool but they definitely seem a lot more corporate savvy.

What I cant understand is that this is a story which liverpool really need to go away, yet they seem to be doing everything they can to keep it in the news. Suarez may not wanted to shake evras hand but he is paid a lot of money to play for liverpool and in work we all have to do things we dont want to at times. By not shaking Evras hand suarez was probably doing exactly what Evra wanted.

The way I look at it is the players are a bit nasty and not very clever, the manager is saying things the fans want to hear, however the way liverpool have handled the situation has been pretty terrible from start to finish. As I said previously, I dont know how qualified the chief exec of liverpool is, but his job should really be on the line. The buck should stop with him and as far as I can see there has been no leadership.

I personally alwayts disagreed with the criticism that Henry got. You look at the likes of Gareth Bale, Stevie G, James Milner who the media pretty much never criticise, my belief is that they all would have done exactly the same as Henry did., in a similar situation.

Glad to hear. I think the tension between fans is actually worse on the internet/in the media. It'll get forgot about soon anyway. Suarez will leave/Evra will leave and in 5 years time nobody will really remember this unfortunate affair.

It'll be LFC and MUFC hating each other for all the right reasons :D

    • We had one f**kwit one year come back at 4am and start playing music out loud and sitting under the tree talking. Thankfully his mate was in the tent trying to sleep too and came out and told him to f**k off. After one big argument he did indeed f**k off.   Otherwise I can actually sleep at GM without ear plugs compared to glasto. It's usually typically fine for sleeping at.

    • To me MGK doesn't shift tickets, but could appeal to a younger demographic.    Don Broco/Architects/Jimmy Eat World/Turnstile - one or two of these would hit better.
    • I'm going, some friends and relatives will also be there on some days. I'm going on Sunday, then Tuesday to Saturday. I'm staying in the city From the headliners I'm most excited for Florence and twenty one pilots. Smaller acts I'm really looking forward to are: Tomora, Dijon, Wolf Alice and Sigrid
