got the despatch email today, just checked the ticket tracker and they have been sent special delivery

Got my ticket today, opened it up and realised that I'd bought my ticket with the account where I checked if they'd accept any photo. I look like an absolute idiot in my photo, so it should be quite entertaining at least when I hand it over to get in.

I've not even had the email from See yet, though we did pay the balance at pretty much the last minute so if they're in order of purchase we'll be at the back of the queue.

Not going to start freaking out until the 10th or thereabouts, and even then am not going to get over-worried. The festival does have ways of dealing with non-arrival of tickets.

Missed my delivery today (if they'd have given me more than a couple of hours warning by e-mail I could have told them I wouldn't have been in!).

The e-mail and calling card that they left have different tracking numbers on them. Only the one on the e-mail seems to work.

Which were people using to rearrange delivery?

Got email off see saying 2-3 days over 10 days ago then my ticket arrives yesterday on a SUNDAY!!!

Deliveryman waves my ticket and sort of sings "glasonbuuuuuuryyyyy" at me smiling his face off!!?! Great way to get your ticket.

Roll forward to Sunday morning. Me and Mrs Tuska were, how shall we say, ummm, in bed, not sleeping, and generally making the most of the fact that the kids were off at Scout camp.

Door bell rings. Ignore it says she, well i'm mid stride, so not a difficult call.

Door bell rings again, bollocks, have a quick look out of the window...

It's a white Fiesta courier van. Big bollocks, 'f**k' says I, 'it's the bloody Glasto tickets'

Panic, jeans on, T shirt on, belt down the stairs, fly out the front door, bare feet, waving like a caveman at the Fiesta disapearing up the road. Brake lights, has he seen me? Yes, thank god, he stops, reverses and gets out.

I'm still doing an impression of my Glasto tent pole, but signed for my tickets. Driver trying very unsucessfully to hide his massive grin.

Creeps back inside, back to bed. Oh joy.

DX email arrived just past 9am this morning; tickets arrived at just past 11am. Almost can't believe it seems to have gone OK. Here's willing everyone else's gets to them OK, and see you all at the Cider Bus on Wed for the traditional toast to the start of the festival!

Stage two panic unfortunately seems to be a long drawn out affair.

How long have people waited from getting the see e-mail until delivery?
