I got SeeTickets confirmation of dispatch on Tues 18th May (over 2 weeks ago), saying they should be with me in the next 2-3 days. 16 days later, no ticket. No E-mail from DX either.

Is anyone else in this boat? Is there any extra contact I should make with anyone? Apologies if this issue has already been made by others, I have not looked at this thread until today.

hi heres my story, had email from see on thurs. 27th to say tickets will be delivered next day, great, wife and son stay in all day, no tickets so i get home from work and ring dx who know nothing of the delivery for that day, when i checked online tracker i wasnt due for delivery till 14th June, explained Very politely to guy on fone about emails from see so he aranges delivery for 2nd June

So, wife and son stay in all day, mmmm no tickets, back in the queue on fone to dx, tickets are with courier, will defo get today as they deliver up to 6 oclock on a first delivery, huraah 6-30 tickets arrive but the guy want proof of id as this is a re delivery, too tired to argue so debit card sees the tickets in my hand GREAT, when i open the envelope, TADA no bleedind campervan sticker, just getting a little techy now, see says it will send it in post,

I,ve had four emails from See.....all sent at the same time! The strange thing is that the number of tickets is different on each one. I am expecting 3 tickets but somehow I seem to be receiving anywhere from 2 to 101 tickets? Lord knows what will turn up.

I had an email from see on the 27th saying my tickets had been passed to DX for delivery.

I have heard nothing else at all from See or from DX.

I have just called DX on 0844 371 0000 - was in a queue for 30 mins, the guy at the other end asked for tracking number or postcode, I gave them my postcode and he said he'd put me through to the Glastonbury team (good start). Gave the woman that I was passed through my postcode and arranged for my tickets to be delivered tomorrow.

If you've been waiting a week and have heard nothing give them a call, it will put your mind at rest.

What I don't understand is why I've had to call them first to get the initial delivery underway.
