I stayed in today for the redelivery I rearranged. Needless to say no ticket again and no card but on the tracker it again says 'we have attempted a delivery'. I'm going to see if I can collect the thing from a collection point now.

Royal Mail special delivery is so much easier. If I'm out I just arrange to collect from my local post office, simples.

I got my ticket eventually, but not without problems.

DX were unable to answer this little conundrum:

The courier couldnt find my address, or letter box (its not been a problem for Royal Mail, B+Q, Argos, Dreams, Home, FedEx, UPS etc, not that I'm complaining). To solve this problem, I offered to drive several miles to collect the tickets. Of course, with DX rules, you cant collect the tickets, without a calling call. If the courier cant find the letterbox, no calling card... so your left with having to go to shepton mallet apparently!

Sorry if this has been posted already (I've had a few wines and my computer too slow to sift thru 20 pages on this thread)...

When I got my ticket on Saturday and was all excited the delivery man told me I was lucky to get it so soon - they dont have to deliver til 14 June (and he showed me this date printed on the envelope) - they're apparently sending them out in batches a few a week.

That's a long wait I know. But an improvement on previous years... I remember one year getting my ticket the Tuesday the day before going :P

So on the whole ive ignored this thread so i dont worry myself,

I got an email from DX today saying that my tickets will be delivered today,

went to their site, put in the tracking number and it says delivery for 14th june?

SO which ones right?

I had the same email beginning of last week, they did attempt delivery when they said they would (but wasn't in). Rearranging delivery was easy on the web site and they do Saturday delivery too... mine's just turned up making it the best birthday present ever :P

-Missed Ticket delivery.

-Got card.

-Re scheduled delivery for husbands office - had to give it a few goes as unsure that DX site is Mac compatible.

-Had email off SEE this morn saying need to re schedule delivery when I already have.

Should I retry - I'd opted for Tuesday, but this is now unavailable - or will this confuse the system further?

I call DX to check - hold hold hold.

Kin ell, why couldn't we have stayed with the Royal Mail? Grrrrr.

Haaa, Dx seem to be a bit confused:

Email received today:

"Great News - Your tickets for Glastonbury have been dispatched and will be delivered to you today by DX Secure. A signature will be required but anyone at your address can sign for them."

Used the number FROM THIS EMAIL on the tracker:

"Delivery Status:

Due for delivery on the date below. Rearrange online or call 0844 371 3331 (Now out for delivery)

14/06/2010"

So its being delivered today, its not being delivered untill the 14th, but it is out for delivery. Brilliant!

got en email from see tickets yesterday saying the tickets had been dispatched, then got an email from them today saying my ticket will be delivered from DX today. when i put my tracking number in the DX website, it says they will be delivered on 14th june. :P

got the email today whoop whoop. best thing is im off work on tuesday so shall be staying in all day shame the cricket wont be on.

Had email from see on thurday saying ticket will be delivered tomorrow ( Friday) wife and son wait in shifts for delivery, nothing, get home from work, check using my tracking number, sheduled for delivery on 14/6, starting to get a little hot under collar, ring dx, they say `see` are sending out emails but not telling dx, promised delivery for wednesday, we will see :P

      Yeah exactly, the shock moments, group layouts, etc all end up playing out differently once you get into the tournament. However you tweak it, you don't predict shocks.
