Missed the delivery again (no one to blame but myself), looks like i'll be better off making the 60 mile round trip to their nearest depot to collect it :P What was wrong with Royal Mail?

I got the See email on Thursday morning. Never got the DX email. But they just turned up 10 minutes ago. Glad I got them without too much hassle.

Royal Mail would've been easier for most people thou.

Is See Tickets tracker accurate as far as we know? (Sorry, too many pages to wade through if this has been asked) Still says awaiting dispatch for mine :P

I got an email from See on Thursday, May 20 saying my ticket had been despactched. Nothing else followed, no email from DX, but a polite chap knocked on my door at 6pm yesterday and handed me my ticket. Don't panic yet folks, hang in there. :P

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY

Just arrived,

I must say, this has been one of the least stressful years for me,

Im pretty sure ive not had them this early before, seetickets sent an email to say it had been dispatched to DX, got an email from DX today stating that tickets will be delivered today, and here they are.

Ok so the dx tracker said delivery on 14th but apparently everyones does.

I got an email today stating that I would get a delivery today, been waiting in all bloody day and now the website is claiming that delivery has been attempted. Not amused. I would love to know who they have attempted to deliver them to because it certainly hasn't been me!

Hope this helps someone..

Received my see tickets notification two days ago. Bad news for me as I am away all next week especially I have not received any comms from dx yet.

I phoned dx just now on 0844 3713331 & after nearly ten minutes on hold got to speak to someone. As soon as I mentioned Glasto he put me through to their dedicated team .

After a couple more mins on hold a very nice lady did a search on my postcode & organised my delivery for 7th June.

(I don't think DX can do this until a day or so after the seetickets mail has gone out)

Now time to cross my fingers that they come on the promised day. So far so good.

Mine was apparently sent on the 19th. No card or anything through the door so far and the tracking number my mate has given me (he paid for the tickets) doesn't work. We're leaving the week before the festival as well so I need them soon!

I'm very confused by all this. I got an email from See over a week ago, but it doesn't say anything about DX. It says:

Your Tickets were despatched on Thursday 20th May 2010

They were sent by Special Delivery postage and should be with you in the next 2-3 days.

If you are not in to sign for them a card will be left advising you to call the postal service to arrange for re-delivery. Please note, it is your responsibility to make arrangements with the postal service to arrange for this re-delivery.

I'm very confused by all this. I got an email from See over a week ago, but it doesn't say anything about DX.

No tracking number, no mention of DX -- and no sign of any tickets or a "while you were out" card yet.

Should I be following this up? Or should I assume that the email lied and my tickets are in a pile waiting for DX to process?

Anyone here get their ticket through Royal Mail?

had my email fm see a week now nothing fm dx so i rang see, they checked and said yes sir ur went out monday am you should have had it on wednesday thursday at the latest , so they gave me a dx no to ring to obtain a dx tracking no . A nice sounding lady on their answerphone said we are closed untill after the bank holliday ARGHHHHHHH. I live on exmoor so my postcode covers 10 square miles i know sat nav is usless here it wont find my hamlet it only gets you about a mile away ,so i wont be getting a calling card unless the courier stops to ask at the post office , if it wasn't so serious it would be funny :P

Is there not a link on the email to the DX website? (you might have to 'show content' to see it) I never heard any more after the See email till my tickets turned up this morning.

DX should have your ticket in hand by now, maybe phone them for a piece of mind? The phone number's on page 19.

got my mail from see on thursday afternoon and the nice man from sms/dx turned up at my house today at 4.30ish wiht a bunch of shiny tickets and a car park sticker.

Was chatting to him for a bit and i was surprised the amount of grief he has gotten from people who he has knocked at their door at 8am to give htem their tickets and basically asked him why he was calling so early. Looking at the block of envelopes he was delivering he will be at it all fricking night
