Dom Wall
Fleetwood Mac announced not doing Glasto but they will be in Europe during May and June; the huge act RW was moved for?
Gucci Piggy
Surely more likely for Boutique/Classic. Fairly confident the act Werchter moved for will be Foo Fighters.
Mushy25
Alt-J plauing a Portugese festival in the weeks after Werchter, could be on the lineup. Fleetwood Mac would be a great bonus.

e2p2
List of likely bands for Rock Werchter: Foo Fighters Muse Counting Crows Coldplay? Eagles of Death Metal? Marilyn Manson? Any others? Among bands that already announced by other festivals around RW date, I think Alt-j will play and at least one repeat between Interpol & TBK. Rise Against and Incubus played 3 years ago so they are likely too I guess.

Sparticus
Is there any reason for the black keys? I know they've got shows for next summer, but felt the show was really dull! Would definitely watch interpol again, great way to finish the weekend.

Would definitely watch interpol again, great way to finish the weekend. Mainly because of the love Rock Werchter has for repeats I dont think they were dull but I was expecting more from them. Maybe it was the combination of rain, the anticipation for Pearl Jam and the fact that they were given just one hour.

I couldn't wait until they'd finish....but a big part of that was because I was waiting to get in the front for Pearl Jam But I think we should keep this list alive and updated.... Dietediet
List of likely bands for Rock Werchter: Foo Fighters Muse Coldplay Counting Crows Eagles of Death Metal Marilyn Manson Alt-J Interpol Incubus Rise Against Limp Bizkit The Black Keys I'd add Slash and Deftones to the list as well, both acts that would fit equally good at Werchter and GMM. Deftones have accidentally been confirmed for Der Ring when Kiss put the news about the festival on their Facebook page (according to Festileaks). Dietediet
Fleetwood Mac is already doing an arena show in Antwerp that tour though. NOS giving its first headliner tomorrow. Probably our first headliner candidate that isn't coming from the hardrock/metal corner.
Gossard
thetime: I go in circles. Last week I was not but now I'm thinking of doing both Graspop and Rock Werchter like I did in 2010 and 2011

thetime
You? That was on the agenda for next year, they've moved dates though which has scuppered my plans for werchter. So doing sziget instead.
dave0h
I think its ACDC and coldplay doing classic and boutique. aren't u2 doing indoor shows? What's this classic and boutique I see mentioned? Are these other festivals?

foolee
Primavera Sound in Barcelona hinted at The Strokes being there. So could be doing early summer festivals in Europe. Could possible be a sub or barn headliner? I would be very happy to see them there.
dave0h
Yes, one day festivals on the fields of Werchter.... Right on! First go around for RW. Hoping for Muse, Noel Gallagher, Kasabian, Interpol, Alt J. They all seem fairly realistic too !

And they've got a lot to make up for (last Belgian gig was 2003, despite being around during RW and Pukkelpop 3-4 times since then).

Uncle Liam
What makes these bands likely for Rock Werchter? Didn't Interpol do it last year? I'd say they were nailed on for Pukkelpop if anything.
