Irony is I thought Muse might turn up at this for 2026 had they not got the Kings of Leon stand-in show.

 

Is it possible KoL might get re-booked for 2026 following these cancellations?

Presumably Buraka Som Systema Will be playing the post-headline slot?

It will be similar to DaWeasel in 2022. 

 

Buraka were pretty big in Portugal and they will sell a lot of tickets. I know at least five friends that never went to Alive and will not miss this reunion. If sales go well, I can see EiN just saving some money and investing much less on that day.

Looks like EasyJet flights will be out on Tuesday.

 

Definitely going back, lineup was a mixed bag this year but saw about 4 sets a day and was happy with who we picked to watch. 100% got our moneys worth.

Seeing her at Pukkelpop. Watched the Primavera set, very enjoyable, decent band as well. Oddly reminded me of Meatloaf in terms of stage production.

Sabrina Carpenter is also a possibility I guess, since she will probably be touring the new album. But since there will be Rock in Rio, I could see both of them there also. 

 

I would much rather watch Chappell and probably would buy a ticket to see her.

I thought it was over-selling her!

That said, I did enjoy the clip I watched. I wouldn't say I am a fan but based on the clip I think I would enjoy her set if she played.

Skipping at least the 3rd day , might even skip the 2nd one if the plain ticket is cheaper.

 

Going to Wembley to see MCR on July 11th. Seeing the black parade in full is a life time thing that was too big to skip. 

 

Also they are in amazing form right now.

Impossible.

Evil Live is expected to be on the same weekend of Resurrection, and the 2 Paris dates  made it impossible


Nos Alive is also very unlikely for the same reasons

Pixies on the road and in the neighbourhood. Whack them and The Cure on the same day, middle aged men like me will be delighted.
