Few months ago they were negotiating for a show in Croatia in June, but deal is off. And according to some users from Download forum and reddit, Andy Copping said that NIN will have a show in UK in June. Andrej, pretty reliable user also have a information about June tour.

Let’s wait and see.

To be honest I imagine they planned on touring but aren't going to after all.

Problem is all that info is months old. Who knows if the plans have been scrapped.

Perfectly plausible that they're at Mad Cool, but I find it insane that MC have managed to keep it under wraps since LP seem to actually be allowing places to tease the announcement and Mad Cool want to scream their line up from the rooftops as early as possible.

I imagine a reason they're being so quiet is they have some sort of legal case with the government/council about the noise complaints/issues with the venue, might explain lack of dates/teases.

No clue if that's been cleared though?

I might just end up booking NOS Alive if they have LP/Olivia and another decent headliner, because MC haven't even officially announced dates, but let's face it they're communication is always dreadful.

Is Mad Cool usually this quiet in confirming whether or not they're still at thing?

They usually at least confirm the dates and actively post that the festival is at least happening.

They've also been quite notorious for leaking artists who are touring, AM being one, I think the Strokes as well? So if they have good news they like to scream about it.

But the lineup does tend to come out mid December so until we get past that date, then I'll perhaps hold off from wondering what is happening.

I guess we'll wait and see. It's been mentioned they can have their odd difficulties and it's been mentioned 2025 is yet to be confirmed, but it feels like it would be a surprise for it not to be a thing. Not a guarantee though so I guess we've just gotta wait and see.

MC 2025 is so quiet that seems dead, I Hope not

We can envision a strong undercard if we look at other festival confirmations, something between those could be at MC2025:

WEEZER, ST. VINCENT, FUTURE ISLANDS, NOAH KAHAN, KHRUANGBIN, AMYL AND THE SNIFFERS, KORN, JUSTICE, LONDON GRAMMAR. THE LAST DINNER PARTY

The first great if, right now,  is if LINKIIN PARK will be or not, asumming GD is out and OLIVIA is in

The second great big if is if there will be a 3-day or a 4-day festival

Time is runnng out, if they want reach Christsmas market, announce must be in next 15 days...

Korn is playing Resurrection Fest and has been announced as their only show in Spain in 2025.

I think it will be happening because they've been doing a competition to get bands to play it on Insta over the last few days. They do seem suspiciously quiet at present though

Linkin Park are available only on Sunday after their Paris show and Mad Cool usually ends on Saturday so I would say very unlikely…
