Might be dependant on the line up. I remember the Coldplay day sold out a lot faster than the other day last year

It did sell out but does have a fairly long official fan-to-fan resale window.

 

As said, could well depend on who else they've got turning up.

The coldplay day was a nightmare but the other two completely fine for Luton (saturday took days to sell out, friday never did i think). We managed to get all our lot tickets but did require everyone trying etc.

 

It didn't help that Coldplay was by far the strongest - it had Sabrina Carpenter and Vampire Weekend as well

Yeah, if you want to go it is easy enough to get tickets for, even through resale. I am defo wanting to go

Are you allowed to buy tickets for both days (as day tickets ) or is it limited to one day only

The Coldplay day wasn't easy through resale - although seems unlikely they get an act that big again this year

I'm going from my experience of sorting tickets for my mates including that day and a fair few other years and didn't struggle🙂 I think if you want to go enough, you have a decent chance of being able to secure one way or another.

Fair enough - there were definitely some knocking about. I think your second sentence is true for anything if you want to sit on twickets to be fair

Everyday of it was easy enough to get if you wanted it. I was a bit late to the sale as forgot as picked up Friday for Luton and all days were available still. Coldplay naturally sold the fastest and other days later but if I wanted Coldplay instead it was there, had other plans instead though and you were only allowed one day per person.

Coldplay definitely sold out straight away not sure what gazza is on about. We barely managed to get our tickets.

Did anyone else notice at around 8am they played Gaga, they were talking about her, and then Greg said "If you'd like tickets to .... Sorry i've got a frog in my throat" and then he pivoted back to the other giveaway they were doing. Idk, it just sounded to me like he was about to say '...Gaga at One Big Weekend' and almost let slip.

She's someone I could randomly see doing it, there's be a lot of £££ from the BBC involved.

I can’t see gaga doing it, more like Katy Perry, the first part of her US tour is wrapped up a few days before.

Linkin Park also have a gap between the USA dates and the start of the European run… it’s a long shot though
