2025 Stage Predictions

Although the line up is great, I do think that the scheduling in terms

of days is crazy here.

I understand certain acts can only do certain days but the headliners on Sunday is a massive headache vs the Friday.

if just one act was moved from the Sunday to the Friday - for me personally I’d be in a much better situation 😂😂

Selfish I know

For some Friday is the problem with nothing they want on Sunday.

We are the same as you though, Sunday is stacked and Friday looks like and early SE corner night,

But we only know Pyramid and Other for Friday, right?

Or do we know WH, Park and Woodsies?

It's a great effort but I feel some places are evidently off. I think Amyl will play Other 3rd and Weezer on Pyramid.

I also think Snow Patrol will be 3rd down Other with The Libertines 4th down Other.

I did have Amyl as 3rd down Other and Libertines 4th down but I've amended the clashfinder, changed Snow Patrol to Other and put Weezer on Pyramid like you mentioned and I do think it works better now actually. Moved AJ Tracey to be before Rod.

Unless there is info I don’t see Shed Seven and Supergrass opening the festival on different stages, surely a very similar fanbase

Do we have info on Scissor Sister playing Woodsies as they're on a lot of clashfinders headlining but surely they'll be Pyramid?

Agreed. Surely they’re too big for Woodsies

I’d be amazed and extremely disappointed if Burning Spear ends up on the Pyramid. He’s a West Holts late afternoon act. He won’t get the appreciation and knowing crowd that early on the Pyramid, too many confused “picnic blanket posse”

Apparently there is info for both - I am surprised too

Yeah I'm forever swapping him and Vieux Farka Toure

Already making some amendments...

I think it's more likely this for Friday:

Pyramid: The 1975, Biffy Clyro, Alanis Morissette, Busta Rhymes, Lola Young, Burning Spear, Supergrass

Other Stage: Loyle Carner, Gracie Abrams, Wet Leg, Franz Ferdinand, Inhaler, CMAT, Myles Smith, Shed Seven

West Holts: Maribou State, Pinkpantheress, Denzel Curry, En Vogue, BADBADNOTGOOD, Vieux Farka Toure

Woodsies: Four Tet, Floating Points, Wunderhorse, Blossoms, Faye Webster, Osees

Park: Anohni and the Johnsons, Self Esteem, TBA, English Teacher, Glass Beams

Glade: Fatboy Slim

It makes more sense for Busta Rhymes to be middle of the day on the Pyramid than WH headliner. I think having 1 electronic/dance, 1 hip hop and 1 R&B headliner on the WH stage makes for a better mix than 2 hip hop and 1 R&B.

Plus I don't think Loyle Carner would struggle even more than he would do anyway to draw much of a crowd up against another hip hop act.

Oh, that's interesting. Good shout, perhaps - had just assumed Busta Rhymes would be there.

Gracie Abrams is going to get a mammoth crowd against Biffy Clyro though, and I say that as a Mon the Biff man.

Will people please stop suggesting I’m going to have to get up early to see the biggest legend at this year’s festival.

Surely Burning Spear is WH afternoon, not Pyramid at breakfast time

Very much looking forward to seeing him, and agree WH sunny afternoon is the perfect slot

You need to get Weezer/Tom Odell and Rod and The Libertines clashes sorted out pronto lol. The headliner options except for Sunday this year are shite. Im probably going to end up at Fatboy Slim Friday as I like the stage but Friday and Saturday headliners are rubbish. It certainly opens the opportunity though for someone earlier on Arcadia or Levels like Eric Prydz or Charlotte de Whitte. Amelie Lens was great on Arcadia last time.

I don't know what you're referring to? The first part of the comment was a joke and I'm allowed to dislike a selection of headliners just like people can like them. This lineup is about the undercard for me Friday and Saturday for sure. But if you think it's negative because I won't force myself to be interested in one of those first few stage headliners then that's up to you. But I'm still fully aware than other names are coming on other stage I may like so it's not an issue yet.

    • It's the photo that keeps on giving;
    • It would be piss-easy for a bot to manage, though.
    • I've heard that ticket sales for other events that use the same system have included the question 'are you still there?' on each window/browser you have with a place in the queue. If you don't confirm you are, it'll assume you're not and that place will drop.   I've no idea if Glasto/See will adopt this, but it would be challenging to keep on top of with many windows open.
    • People who're struggling are already priced out, so I don't think a bump in price will affect who attends. There'll still be a cross section, leaning young. I also think they'll do a soft breaking of the £400 ceiling, keeping the ticket price just below but having postage take it over. Next year the ticket itself will be over that threshold.
