This is the Concorde moment for the festival. There's nobody left now that can top this field tonight.

Stones was massive but not quite this big. Bowie sadly gone. Macca finished now. Led Zep isn't happening as much as I'd love it.

Running out of legends now.

Good, it's too many people as it is!

Doubt we’ll ever see the field anywhere near this full again will we? Which of the big hitters could bring anywhere near this … possibly Oasis?

Probably Oasis at this point in time is the only one. There isnt a legend that could get to this either right now. kylie and diana were like this. Robbie Williams possibly if he had Take That pop up in the set.

Anyone know what the crowds like for Alt J on the Park?

They would have been better having no headliner on a few stages just so the few that remain get a decent crowd tbh.

QOTSA, Phoenix, Alt J and Rudimental are sharing the leftovers essentially.

Madonna flexes her inhumanly powerful wrists....

Doubt she’d draw this kind of crowd. Think a lot of people see her as a bit naff these days, especially with her constant clawing to retain her youth and such.

Also has a big potential to be a train wreck.

This performance is going to make ticket day so much harder...

The only way T day gets harder for 2024 is if Taylor Swift had a real gap and Oasis reunited and had tour dates announced with a proper gap. Other than that itll be how it is. You just go and do your best.

Thats why this first leg of the tour is so key. We'll see how she holds up.

And yeah, theyre running out of legends so the festival hits a crossroads of sorts.
