The Clipper instagram is plastered in Glasto comp related content so definitely not something they'd sweep under the rug. Must be announced today or Monday I'd imagine. -
Oh yeah i think i had to keep my ticket stub safe in a ziplock bag instead of in the lanyard last year. Well annoying

anyone remember in either '97 or '98 there was a big hole that was covered by all the mud... a crowd slowly gathered and formed a sort of human funnel that diverted anyone unfortunate enough to be walking that way straight to the hole resulting in a sort of vicar-of-dibbly moment and a cheer from said crowd. it all culminated when an ice cream van was diverted into the hole, where the wheel got jammed and it had to be bumped by the crowd to get it out of the hole and on its way... (the comment above about rock the wine bar made me think of it). obviously this is something i do not ever wish to see again - as i do not wish to ever have the mud again!

In 2019 I think the earliest I went to bed was 3-4am the whole festival, more like 6am most mornings, and then waking up at about 9am in the sweltering heat we had that year. Whether it's sleeping outside or just the buzz of waking up at Glastonbury, there's something that gives you a second wind that you can never get from a normal night out at home. Not sure if I could hack all nighters though!
