How about BORGs (black out rage gallons)? For the uninitiated… you start with a 5 litre water bottle (the ones with the handle), drink the first half (or dump it), refill the rest with vodka or your spirit of choice, water enhancer (Robinson’s concentrated squash, Mio, Crush etc), rehydration sachets, juice, whatever you feel like. Seems perfect for Glastonbury.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster having that much booze in your hand.  I struggle with moderating how quickly I drink when I am holding a pint.  Multiply that by 8 and I'll be out of commission before the headliners

I think whenever drinking prioritises intake over taste, there is going to be trouble.

Haha, walking around with a wine bag used to be my thing! 

Getting a bit past the warm/hot wine issue these days though!!!

I think for those seriously considering walking around a festival with gallon of booze, the niceties of correct serving temperature are less of a priority.

Even dilute and with some diarolyte in it a bottle of vodka a day for 5 days is a bridge too far.

Leaving aside the thought of drinking an entire bottle of vodka, 5L is roughly 5kg. Not carrying that around all day.
