If he didn’t visit his dad who has cancer then that would be wrong too. The poor guy can’t win with people like you and Piers Morgan.

I'm currently on a rare trip to London.

Think I'll probably give it a miss though.

There's probably better uses of your time there.

Hell even just going to one of the same shops you could've visited where you live would count as a better use of your time.

if anything puts the royals all over the papers, he wants it to be him.

If that's what you want to believe about a kid coming to see his Dad after a cancer diagnosis,  then well that's up to you.

I don't look at the papers so miss all that

I reckon he's rich enough to get the fast flights my California flights haven't been 14 hours

Funny how you managed to fly to california whilst your profile pic here tells us not to fly...

was nearly 30 years ago, and is part of the reason why i gave up flying.

So you’ve still got air miles on those of us that have only ever flown to Europe, your son takes double flights, while you plan to spend summer on your brothers yacht which costs £100k to fuel. The no flights logo is a bit rich don’t ya think?

First he is doing it to get in the papers and now he is not getting here fast enough. 😆

for some reason the reporting is all about how many hours he flew for, when i know flights to California are quicker  than the reports, which suggests the 14 hours come from a harry press release.

i give my son a pass for flying same as i give you,  some people have brain enough to consider their own impact on the world.

i don't have the money to fuel my bruv's yaught (and i doubt the owners will fill the tank if they're not aboard), so i guess it'll be a week mostly parked up.
(FYI: i'll be travelling by train to the med - not flying).

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
