so...when Sunak loses next election Bojo and his supporters will be able to say they should have picked him.

Job done.

he'll be claiming they would have won with him; but johnson is always a liar.

If he had over a 100 he wouldn’t be standing down.

First time of his life he’s ever pulled out

He claims he has 102.

Glad all this has ruined his holiday.

It's still amazing that Tory MPs don't see this crap with Johnson coming, they always end up getting burned associating with him. They deserve it at this stage.

I feel like Mordaunt is being overly ambitious at this point. But I guess it's worth a try.

Easiest route to pm, ever.

I don't have too much a problem with this, we vote for parties not prime ministers, and we also live in a representative democracy and I think when in power it should be MPs choosing, not members...but a new leader should continue with the main themes of the manifesto, not something totally new like Truss (but saying that she said she was somehow sticking to health/social care spending pledges and levelling up etc).

    • Just watched Annie Lennox at Wilderness Festival as part of her global feminist The Circle initiative. She curated the 2 hour slot with special guests including Jessie Ware and then did  a 1/2 hour slot singing her and Eurythmics hits at the end. Her voice is amazing still and I am convinced she would do an amazing set on Sunday afternoon. She even wore a jacket with a sparkling CND symbol on the back! It’s a sign!!

    • Is it one of those bollocks things where ones is a festival and the other would be a show lol
    • Hello,   I have no idea what the answer is to your question, but wish you well in your quest for information.
    • Yes, I was asking about comedy, and also it seems odd that after bringing it back last year, the Seaside Stage seems to have gone again. Probably why Massaoke (basically a big karaoke sing-along) is now on the Castle Stage. But on all three days?! Does all seem a little desperate this year, though hopefully I will be proved wrong. Still think the Mary Wallopers fiasco has probably put a lot of artists off performing at Victorious, hence the reduction in stages and acts appearing... One of the best things about Victorious in the early days was its value for money compared to some of the other bigger festivals, but this certainly not the case anymore...
