Your memory is playing tricks on you, it was School's Out that came with the panties, Billion dollar Babies had the massive billion dollar note and the push out cards (like cigarette card) in the sleeve. Correct! I was mistaken, Got both vinyls, And I’ve lost the banknote as well as the panties. The school desk album cover I have got torn years ago.
