Oh no!! Hope it's not as bad as you think. I've been living with a bit of a shitshow at work for months so know what it's like. Mine has gotten slightly better recently so hopefully that's a way of knowing that there is usually light at the end of the tunnel even if sometimes it feels like it's totally black. 

Is it just workload,  workplace politics or both??

That's shit. Check whether legally they can do that. ACAS helpline is usually pretty good for advice.

Good for you. Things are hard enough at the moment, they should be more appreciative. 

I know how you feel as I've been working all the way thru this and we've dragged ourselves in every day and you don't get any thanks or anything. There isn't a lot of support and its sad really. We've been let down the way we've been treated when all we've tried to do is our best. Sounds like its the same at your place.

Good on you. If it's a smaller business and you can see them selling their stuff to fund things etc it's one thing but I think some businesses do try and take the piss whilst all those at the top completely maintain their own lifestyle.

Yep don't know how these people live with themselves. I suppose they say psychopathy is high amongst this group of people and that probably helps them. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night (I'm not the best sleeper without screwing people over like that). Hope now you have taken a stand it actually helps. I sometimes people like that actually respect the ones who stand up to them more in the end.

Early September I reckon. It's hard to believe it will be August in a few days and only 2 months away from T-day!

Yep that’s my thoughts now ... just gives enough time for them to have some idea how many tickets back in ... and for us to prepare our groups ready .... always a quick run from festival to resale ...

Cancellations are up to 15th September, but I'm hoping they announce it be before then. Wouldn't give us long to get the spreadsheet sorted!
