Stone Roses secret set...?

My friend is crew on the Other and Pyramid this year and he's working on Coldplay's lasers today. As he was pulling the cases off the lorry, a few odd cases were there. He's just sent me this photo of one of Stone Roses' gear flight cases.

Not sure why it's a- there so early or b- there at all but I don't recall any gaps that they could fill?

Glastonbury is a little short of Wakefield the suggested delivery address. As suggested looks like an old sticker.

Yeah seems like its an old sticker on one of Coldplay's cases - considering the LS-Live thing boasts Coldplay as a client.

He's the one that tells me most things so I usually believe him - told me about Libertines last year the day before as he saw their cases on site.

He hasn't said it's going to happen just food for thought

I think it's pretty reasonable to expect secret sets from big acts like The Stone Roses given that The Libertines, Pulp, Radiohead etc have all played secret stuff in recent years.  It could well be that this is just an old sticker, or maybe not.

If we're to believe the Roses have priced themselves out of headlining Glastonbury, why would they do a secret set?

Unless the fee for a secret set is 3 times that of a Glastonbury headliner fee ... Then The Stone Roses won't be there.
