Campbed? campsofa?

Go for tried and tested.  A decent inflatable double airbed with a good stirrup pump to blow it up.  That little bit of extra effort on arrival will pay dividends over the week.

Have you been going out with them aliens again?

Yes I was beamed up into their spaceship only to then be sunk into these giant inflatable lips!

Agree about Thermarest. Expensive but really comfy.

Thanks, will have a look at those :)  We need something other than a standard double airbed, as it turns out that the sleeping areas in our family Quechua pop-up tent aren't really big enough for a double airbed!  Or not without a lot of touching the sides, which we're definitely not risking.  Last time we camped, we had to use the middle 'living room' section to sleep in, which was a right pain - and also rather chilly...

£58!

At least dick turpin had the grace to wear a little mask.

My thoughts exactly.  It's basically a huge dry bag made out of shell suit material.  Robbing gits.

Anyone recommend a decent double airbed? I'm on the market for a new one as my old one died last year. Ideally around the £20 mark but don't mind spending a little more if it's going to last me

Bestway double airbed is £7.50 on Tesco (http://www.tesco.com/direct/bestway-blue-flocked-double-air-bed/538-8132.prd) and Amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00F0B5IV0/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_2?pf_rd_p=569136327&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000FII3UQ&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=HD5J33ST9E4HTFW9WERD).

They have some bad reviews though so I've opted for the Vango double airbed for £14.99 (reduced from £25) here: http://www.winfieldsoutdoors.co.uk/vango-double-flocked-airbed-191cm/

    • Another one from Sheffield DocFest this weekend, Earth Wind & Fire docu, directed by Questlove. Sensational archive footage, contributions from band members, family, plus a lot of very big fans (Stevie, Lionel, Flea, the Obamas) and a warts n all assessment of the genius / flawed human being that was Maurice White. Also, I never realised he started out as a jazz drummer with Ramsay Lewis. Well worth a watch.
    • In a 6,800-word Substack essay, external, the Clacton MP said "anti-white racism was embedded into the state", and that legislation aimed at equality was a form of "social cleansing"   .https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdjkd4mp93zo   The privileged white c**t hasn’t got a clue what racism is.
    • BBC iPlayer: Will serve as the main hub for past sets, including both recent hits and iconic archival gems. You can explore the BBC iPlayer to watch curated compilations, "Best of Glastonbury" recaps, and on-demand replays of historic headline performances. [1, 2, 3] TV Broadcasts (BBC Two & BBC Three): The channels will air dedicated compilation shows. Leading up to the weekend, you can watch archive programming such as Glastonbury: 70s Legends, 80s Legends, and 90s Legends on BBC Two. [1] Radio & BBC Sounds: Pop-up Glastonbury radio stations on BBC Sounds will feature non-stop coverage, including exclusive mixes and huge sets from past years
    • Got HBO Max to watch football so watched One Battle After Another which is a great film and deserves its awards and then rewatched Magnolia and that is a flipping amazing film...so much in it. (also rewatching Angels In America series which is also amazing).
