Hi all, am absolutely hanging. Two nights of sleep deprivation combined with extreme workouts in the Severn has ruined me, but hey, all good. Just finishing my last cider before bed and then it is Stoptober. An alcohol free October. Wish me luck. Managed it last year and I lost about a stone in weight. Wish me luck guys....here goes....

Although I haven't got beer festivals booked, I'm in Gainsborough visiting friends til the 4th. Depending on ticket results, I may need alcohol. If I get tickets tomorrow I swear to the ticket gods and the weather gods that I will sacrifice alcohol as a thanx to them.
