Morning all, feeling rather disappointed in humanity this morning. I know it's a day early for sweary Saturday, but some people are utter c**tbubbles. Heard about someone whose ex-partner (they split recently) bought her glasto deposit. She got through to be told her reg had already been paid for and thought one of her friends had got in before her. He then texted her saying 'I've paid for your ticket, and I'll get a refund next week. Good luck in the resale, bitch'.

That is awful! What a nasty piece of work.  How do refunds work?  Is it down to the card, or is it in her name now, with See?

I believe you can get a refund sooner if you actually contact See, but get one automatically in April if you don't pay the balance.

Re the evil twat, and the ex-girlfriend, there's a number on the website which may lead to help. Will these people be able to swap over the ticket to her before it's refunded?

If I was her I'd get onto See/GF and ask to change details. Not sure what the cancellation policy actually is? The card holder or the person who "owns" the ticket.

I understand that's already happening. In these (unusual) circumstances, hopefully common sense will prevail and they'll transfer the booking to her card. With any luck they'll cancel his ticket booking too, to serve him right.

I believe the booking was in his name. He got a ticket himself, and added her details to try and stop her going.

Quick update. Seetickets are 'looking into it'. They are apparently able to reverse transactions which have been made for 'fraudulent or malicious' reasons. Fingers crossed!

We're gaz brookfield fans in here genrally arent we. I dont know him or his music but he's supporting ferocious dog at the end of the month at the old fire station....would it be £10 well spent?

For all exes are exes for a reason, I'd never punish him by taking away the chance of attending the best place on earth. Karma will get to him one day.
