bottonrob
Lottery numbers are 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 & 3, weather will be snowy with long periods of hell, fire & brimstone, weekend overview- mauve... then again I might be wrong
Comfy Bean
Rain!?!?!?!?!? I remember we were told it would be sun sun sun. I'm too old for another slog like last year.
johnny-yen
Yes, it will be what it will be. Nothing can be done about it. I was at a small outdoor music event yesterday and the met office said there was 80% chance of heavy rain. We got nothing!

johnny-yen
The long term forecast for end of July is not great from Met Office at the moment..... "How will July finish up? A more zonal flow is expected though the period with a NW / SE split. The NW looks likely to see rain moving through which will mean more in the way of cloud. Southeastern areas look more likely to see drier and brighter conditions. Despite the brighter conditions in the southeast most of the UK is expected to average out as having below average temperatures for the time of year. Rainfall is expected to be above average in the west and below in the north while many parts are expected to see average or below average sunshine." Remember that Penrith is in the North so according to this part of the forecast, below average rain (to me, the West is Wales/Liverpool)

BrighterNow
I confess to being a total wimp and struggling with cold, wet festivals. It seems some of you survived last year's KC and are coming back for more this year, so any tips on the best ways to cope if it's cold and wet? (Which of course it won't be). jamj
I confess to being a total wimp last year and having a whole afternoons sleep one day (it was the day Showhawk Duo were on as I missed them then realised afterwards), disgraceful behaviour but that rain was relentless! I would say keep dry rather than try to dry out afterwards (not alcohol related), I will be taking some of those plastic ponchos this year as even my waterproof didn't do the job..........plenty of layers and take your wellies along with plenty of socks I sound like my mother! Jacko45
Not posted for ages and ages! Sadly missing KC again this year but not for Latitude but as I've been in Australia for 10 months. Hope everyone has a great festival and the weather gods shine on you. Just for reference, I broke my curse of bad festival weather with superb weather at Latitude last year. IbizaPrincess
Too soon to tell, I hear it was muddy last year though :-( after several wet and muddy Glastonbury I think I can cope with anything but would love a proper sunny festival for once! sloaney007
Im taking no chances after last year, I'm still a little bit scarred from my gazebo snapping in 2 and being blown into the next field so I've bought a massive tent! If it chucks it down you are all more than welcome to join me (bring beer!)
ramragon
As long as it's not a repeat of last year I'll be fine. Doesn't have to be blazing sun for me, 22 degrees an overcast sounds ideal !
