I dunno. There's another Barca vs Arsenal to come, and they're always decent matches.

I prefer a decent match to particular teams or particular results.

I mean from the media, the arsenal tie is over. The media will be all over the Liverpool/United tie.

This thread will be all over it.

It is in its hole a good draw for LFC.

Great for the "bullshit drama and hype" that surrounds it all, but Liverpool have not beaten Utd since 2014 and Utd have been shite since Ferg Face left, so what does that say?

With it being in a cup competition i think we will be more hungry than utd for it, the draw itself was a good one.

Why would Liverpool be more hungry, the tie is of equal importance to both teams.

Well as said we ain't beat them in a while and I'm sure Klopp will want to beat them from the last defeat. Also I'm just saying that from my bias liverpool opinion!

Liverpool having free weekend in between legs might be decisive, especially utd being down to the bare bones squad wise.

Liverpool vs Utd boring? 2 of the most supported clubs in world football meeting for the first time ever in Europe's lesser competition that is more often than not seen as a burden by English clubs.

Yeah......... right........

And yes, Spurs vs Dortmund will be a cracker.

Fixed :P

Good 3 points today, would have been gutted to see Big Sam acting all smug. On to helping ruin Spurs season then!

No idea what the hell we were doing today. Our defending was atrocious. Morton actually managed to equalize twice. But both times, we ended up completely f**king it at the back, and Raith just went right up the park from kick off and scored both times and beat us. Ridiculous. The third goal was just an utter shambles.

This is the angriest I've been after a Morton game.

They shouldn't be. I stand by that. But they were absolutely honking, and this is pretty much standard Arsenal. As I said, I don't know why I'm surprised at this happening.

I keep thinking Arsenal have changed and the one thing that seems certain is Arsenal wont change! Credit to Spurs and Leicester showing some bottle winning their games late.

    • That's fair on WA - I did recall people thinking Fontaines would take this year off before this was announced.    On the subject of Wolf Alice, they did Lollapalooza in Chicago on Saturday then Kendal Calling last night. Bit of an odd choice, no? Half imagine at Kendal that they would've been just exhausted.
    • Just logged onto the app to start planning my days and there really are a LOT of stages missing. Apart from the Seaside Stage there is no Casemates this year etc. Apart from the Seaside Stage, there are no Casemates this year, etc. Can't see anything about the kids field really. And there's local acts that are normally there like Kojak's Revenge that aren't appearing either.  Normally we get down fairly early but I can't see anything before 3pm I'm keen to see. Only one real clash as well, which is good, but it's thin and it's not thin in the sense of "I've seen a lot of these acts before"
    • Lifelong Carlisle United supporter here.🤦‍♂️ Good luck for the coming Season and see you in October!
    • Any other lower league/non-league supporters on here? It’s all change at my team, Aldershot Town. We’ve released 25 players and the new manager has brought in 21 or 22 completely new players. Going to be an interesting gamble.   There’s a little video here on the reasons why:
