This thread is actually the worst thing on the internet these days. Where did these people come from?

Don Broco are definitely a pop band. As are the majority of the acts at R&L.

I'm still fairly sure there is a difference between Bieber pop and having an top 10 album...

There's as big a difference between Don Broco and BMTH as there is between Don Broco and 5SOS. Support acts don't have to exactly the same. 5SOS and Don Broco share fans, hence why Don Broco are supporting 5SOS.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't this the type of announcement we will be getting tomorrow (In terms of acts)

Doubt it, we don't even have half the line up yet, this will announce a majority of the remaining acts, bar a few smaller ones here and there and probably BBC Introducing Tent.

Honestly I'd expect it to be a bit bigger than that, that'd be more like the 5th announcement. It might be though, hard to tell as we're an announcement late on the  stage splits this year.

hope we get 1 or two big names, i was always gonna go to reading this year anyway as i'm insecure enough to spend 200 quid just to not feel left out from my friends, going to bestival and hopefully NOS alive, tbh i'm actually most excited about the reading line-up, it'll be my first time seeing chilis and biffy live and foals biggest performance they've done so far plus loads of smaller acts i want to see. not really going to bestival for just the music anyway. i do understand why people think the NOS lineup is better though.

I'd expect this to be the equivalent announcement to what we get tomorrow, Alt-J were held back to help Latitude sell tickets, so i wouldn't expect anything bit, just lots of the undercard filled out.

    • Lost my love of football years ago so I pay very little attention to it these days but I'm really enjoying Max Rushden's video diaries of his flat share with Barry Glenddening. I think Barry might kill him before the end of the tournament
