Only unjustly because nobody buys their records. In terms of bangers there aren't another three acts who should be subbing ahead of them.

your probably correct, it's hard to judge how good the songs are when your not exactly enthusiastic about the genre (i do however really like We sink). i still don't mind them. which is fair i suppose. Ideally i'd come for twenty one pilots (assuming they are on main) then nip over to NME for the neighborhood/nothing but thieves/maximo park/etc. come back for an act before chvrches (or maybe on time for there set as disclosure and foals probably don't have a massive crossover audience which will make room) so i can get a good place to go fucking mental for foals.might have to bring earmuffs for disclosure.

Just thinking, seen as people think it's unlikely 1975 play the NME, perhaps they might increase the size of the tent this year to allow for bigger acts on there

Could probably do with it anyway as its always spilling over when the better acts are on

I'd be surprised if they didn't to be honest, especially after they made the NME even smaller at Leeds last year

madness how there's nothing on at the same time as them that you could watch instead.

Have you been before? You'll get pretty much right to the front and be able to find your mates without watching Disclosure.

i went last year, granted it was my first year there and i had very little festival experience. got there pretty early for Metallica and got stuck a little in front of the sound thing in the middle (basically could have gotten closer but we were noobs). either way i'd rather just stay with my friends as they come to see acts that some of them may not necessarily like with me so I do the same in return for them. i'm joking about the earmuffs but really not a fan of disclosure but i'm even less of a fan of being by myself in the NME tent.

Weezer were great last night. They again said "see you at reading and Leeds and Glasto" if that's not self confirming i dunno what is.

As has been said, Glasto would be near impossible for Weezer, so has to be taken with a pinch of salt

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
