No changes recently other than the folic acid defiency I was diagnosed with 2 months ago and still taking prescription strength supplements.

Haven't seen much improvement to the anaemia though and trying to eat as healthy as I can.

Just so tired all the time. Can't be having this malarkey at Worthy Farm! Gots to be feeling zippity doo da!

In my humble opinion, could be thyroid playing up.

I have a under active thyroid and before I was diagnosed was sleepy and lethargic, on tablets for life now (free prescriptions order here) either that or vitamin D is a wee bit low.

If you need iron then spinach and brocilli are far better than any tablet - and probably cheaper too.

Tablets though should be quick so perhaps a revisit to the quack would be a good idea however much it costs.

I take Vit D every day, they are quiet cheap in Boots.

Sounds like a visit to the quacks is whats needed, have you had your thyroid checked recently? That's a right pain about it being expensive. If it turns out you need Vit D I can send you some from here if its works out cheaper?
