As promised ive created a twitter account for any secret slots I hear about so that you guys who are going can keep up to date with whats going on around you (i'll also try and keep this post updated with them too)

To get text notifications

On your twitter account go to settings>mobile and then add your phone.

Then for the account you want to get sms alerts from, click on their settings and turn on mobile notifications.

Just a warning. Turns out i have an internal school exam on friday morning (9:30) so im hoping the other stage opener is announced before then so i dont have to worry about not informing you guys of it.

I've just done that, hope it works on my rubbish Nokia.

I know this sound really bad and ungrateful but I'm just prompting people tweeting pictures of chalkboard sings and that but can you just quickly stick something in text format as well, as a picture won't come through to my Nokia.

I'll send one out tomorrow, just so those people that have already got their text alerts don't get too bombarded. Might just send one every evening as a test saying something along the lines of, test tweet for all those who had signed up to text notifications in the past 24 hours.

There seem to be two settings in the main settings page - "Tweets from people you've enabled for mobile notifications" and "Tweet alerts". What are Tweet alerts?
