Also there's no reason to delay their announcement. The third headliner wont be in the announcement on Wednesday (if it comes on Wednesday) so there's obviously got to be a reason for that.

yup - if they can not be revealed it's because they are doing something else

I think that dude on the Glasto Chat page may have been right all along, he specifically said the third headliner wouldn't be announced until June because "they are doing something else".

Blur or FM.. surely, it's gotta be down to them. Both have outright said they won't do it... which do you think is more likely to say yes after being asked again? Damon of course!

Back in another time Place.... I loved Kanye, which is why I still do.

Great performace & one of my fave tracks of his. But it was a good few year ago now, love to hear some college drop out/let reg shit this year.

I will put money on it that he's spends more time ranting that performing anything from probably his best 2 records, looking at recent festival set list we'd be luck to get all falls down & through the wire

Ah ok. Basically anyone is back in the pot then? If they haven't signed anyone yet. It could just be because they won't have anyone signed up on Wednesday?

Neil says they've been signed up. Possibly within the last week (which is another reason why Blur seem quite likely)

David Bowie?

Yeah, deffo.

Not played live in years due to his dodgy ticker. First 'comeback' gig - not that he needs it due to a) done it before, b ) has loads of cash, c) universally respected, d) nothing to promote, will be at Glastonbury in front of 100k people and however many more watching live on TV.

Surely it's him.

Neil said it's not them & there's no reason to delay the announcement for them.

Has he said that again recently? What I'm saying is that, if a headliner has been booked last minute due to another act dropping out, an act that has been confirmed as definitely not doing it could now be doing it

Neil has subsequently re-confirmed Coldplay are out, and confirmed Stone Roses are out.

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
