In terms of the last three acts on the main stages:

Avicii, Twin Atlantic and The Courteeners

I'm not too convinced don't know who will be the Slam tent headliner that day possibly Art Department or Visionquest.

None of them really shout out massively to me.

Can see myself just floating about that night.

As for the other nights I assume people are going for

Kasabian (subbed by Sam Smith)/Guetta (Sub: Afrojack)/Fatboy Slim (sub: Hot Chip/Ronson)

NGHFB (Stereophonics)/Prodigy (Jamie T)/Above & Beyond (Oliver Heldens?)

Will Jamie T definitely be subbing Prodigy? Wanted a good spot for NGHFB :(

I think Clean Bandit are in Tuts so would perhaps be the sub for Above & Beyond? Apart from that, all looks pretty spot on

Yeah I'd imagine Mark Ronson playing pretty high up the fest im going to in Poland in a few weeks hes one of the headliners on the saturday so I can imagine him being booked pretty high up elsewhere too.

I do know that Afrojack commands quite a large booking fee thats what made me think he would be playing high up.

As Annie Mac is playing main stage possibility that there might be 1/2 acts like that on main? In that case possibly Ronson on there?

Just a thought.

What time are people thinking Courteeners will play at? After Libertines finish on main stage? Would love to see Courteeners in Tuts but would hate to miss the Libertines!

The Courteeners will be on at the same time as Avacii. I saw Ben Howard at tuts last year at the same time Calvin Harris was closing the main stage.

    • Sam Fender, Harry Styles, Sabrina Carpenter is a very bland set of headliners. Commercially successful and makes plenty of sense, but it wouldn't be very inspirising. That said I want a band like Green Day to headline so who am I to say what exciting is.
    • Potentially rogue shout here but could see Rebecca Black in the running for a mid-afternoon spot. I know most people still remember her for Friday but lately she’s been putting out a lot of fun pop bangers, think this could be a very fun booking!
    • FFS why when there are pull outs does it always include so many of the names I had as must sees!
    • This is a pretty petulant stance.   I oppose him headlining because I love coming to Slam Dunk and he would be a very big reason why I wouldn't come. That doesn't mean they can't choose to do so, they obviously can, I would just stop coming to that version of Slam Dunk.   Another name that I'll throw out there as name I'd love is Biffy Clyro.
    • There is possibly a weak link in the ticket buying system, no matter how clever the technical controls get. I just spent 20 minutes this morning hammering the ‘Buy Tickets’ button while the web page kept telling me there weren’t enough tickets remaining to meet my request. Eventually it changed its mind and let me buy two tickets. Most likely because of failed payments in the queue ahead of me. So - just like it did in the good old F5 days - pig-headed blind persistence can sometimes pay off.   BTW, the tickets were for the Whispering Bob Harris evening in the Albert Hall on 2nd December.
