Royal Navy fitness training program is not too difficult.

Haha, you're not wrong. From my time in the RN it was embarrassing to see the fitness level of the majority of matelots.

Not sure on the 16 hours fasting and exercise; your body needs fuel to train, not good otherwise. That doesn't mean a Big Mac and fries though. Sensible eating, sensible exercise; the way ahead :)

i train ridiculously better fasted. i feel horrible when i train on a full / partially full stomach - especially when doing stuff that tenses the stomach such as ab exercises. but i guess it's different for everybody! good to try things out and see what works for you

If it works for you, great. For me, I need to fuel around 2 hours before any exercise, something light mind you, not a full on dinner.

Got back from Tunisia last Wednesday. It was all inclusive, the food was excellent and the Africa Cup of Nations was on while I was there so the free beer got a pasting.

Back to my regular healthy eating this morning and back at the gym tonight. Come at me February, I'm gonna knock you the fuck out..

Somewhere between 1 and 2 lbs down this week, but as I'm not about to go on the space shuttle and it sounds better, I'm going with 2lbs! Can't be doing with fractional lbs!

Had a massive blowout at the weekend too, so I'm happy just to lose!

10lb down in total! Keep plugging away everyone! :)

I've lost a stone since 5th January. Just dieting so far, sticking to around 1200-1300 calories per day. I want to introduce some exercise soon to help combat the usual plateau I experience around the 2 stone mark. Hoping to lose another 3 stone by the festival. Keep up the good work everyone!

Spent last week scuba diving in Raja Ampat, eating fresh healthy food, so feeling ready to hit the 'get fit for Glasto' schedule

2 hours at roller derby yesterday, thighs are aching and off to barre workout tonight

Thats the legs shattered, now need to find an arm workout lol
