I keep changing my mind! I've been the past 3 years, I don't think it'll be foos cause they have a nice glastonbury sized gap in tour, I may be wrong but alot of people are saying mumford but as big as their following is I wouldn't think they would be headline material, maybe sub or 3rd but not top. Linkin park is a possibility due to them suddenly appearing again it wouldn't be too far fetched, I did see Jamie t and wanted to shoot myself. Haha!

i agree on your foo's point but then they also have a nice wee space on their tour for titp as well, and a headliner has not played titp and glasto in the same year since coldplay in 2011. I've not thought of Linkin Park but after being on this page i now see them as big contenders. Mumford? really? Correct me if i'm wrong but is the first act announced for RandL not usually the closing act of reading IE the biggest act of the weekend, I think for RandL that would be a total disaster if they were the biggest act going to playing at the festival.

My predictions:

Kasabian

RHCP

Linkin Park

Mumford headlined T and Glasto in 2013, and they share headliners all the time.

Eminem was first announced in 2012 and played the Saturday at Reading.

Blink are the only first announced headliner (since the staggered announcements began) to have played last at Reading.

Oh yeah completely forgot about mumford at t and glasto in 2013, even more embarrassing when i was at t that year. Surly though they can't announce mumford?

Were Biffy not announced first in 2013?

That can't be good for ticket sales.

Biffy were announced around their album release early 2013, Eminem was announced in December 2012
