People still talk about the likes of Linkin Park added to this year line up...

I'm so sorry but for me it's so clear that they are not gonna be in there as all the headlinings spots are done, and yes, I know that last year were Blur and Kings of Leon on the same day, but RW have announced KOL as THE last headliners so don't expect more huge acts...

I'm more into the mood of getting something like Outkast as a sub and The Prodigy as a close act than other things... (maybe Beck)

By the way this afternoon Primavera reveal it's entire line up, will see if there's any surprise we can add to the wish list...

Even with the reunion hype, Black Keys are still bigger around here than Outkast.

It's also worth noting that in the past 15 years, hiphop/rap/rnb delivered exactly 0 subs and 1 headliner to the festival, despite major hiphop acts being around in that weekend. So it's safe to say they're not keen on the big spots for those genres.

Don't fancy having Outkast. They may play the friday but see them more as a PKP headliner instead. Don't really want anyone from that Wireless announcement, only one I'd like is Kanye and he won't be playing.

Any idea when the next announcement will be?

The Hives are already playing a different Belgian festival. Can see Jack White happening for sure. Biffy is a doubt, there will already be a lot of repeats this year, and Biffy hasn't accomplished anything new in the mean time.

Wouldn't count on it too much, even if they announce European dates. They're one of those few acts that seem to ignore the existence of Belgium.

    • Interesting to read. It's mostly why we stopped going a few years back even though it's the nearest big festival to home. The post-exams timing and location makes it a rites of passage first festival for people in a big area. Understandably that leads to a bit of giddiness. Think lineup would need to be a lot more my cup of tea to be enticed back. Friends who are there are having a good time tho and no rain is a good thing for up there.
    • I honestly didn't know it had, I still thought it was where the view overlooked the lake and view.   I think my decision not to attend this year at least was justified. Biffy was the big draw but after Finsbury I knew they wouldn't play what I want to hear again and well work also got in the way. Believed interesting to hear if Libertines were any good as they were also a pull but Sunday did nothing for me really with all my acts on Friday and Saturday.

    • Knocked Loose have been announced for Wacken, that's them at Bloodstock as well   I think they'd headline over Malev
    • I hate tradmill running with a passion lol. Yeah the 1km reps are the one along with hill reps. That's what I did last time.  It's very a very hot summer and job circumstances to stay at the consistent level I was for the marathon earlier in the year. I've got a full set of the main distance new PBs this year. 10k isn't a problem most days but even today I went out deciding just over 5 mile was enough between recovery cruise and steady.
