kingcrawler
Did The Strokes not ask to sub rather than headline to avoid clashing with Coldplay? I'm sure I read that somewhere.

Matt42
this thread isn't moving fast enough for me... i'm too excited for you all to be so quiet.
Shootenanny!
2011 was the best year, Eels headlined Transmissions.
thetime
I would say 2005 had the best lineup.

uninspired_user
Zane Lowe at 7 for the full thing may be completely unrelated but he has Ellie Goulding on his show from 8, so she could be there as doesn't he normally chat to someone he's announced? Shootenanny!
Disappointed by this. Would rather get the poster out at 11am so I could look at it in work.
Gucci Piggy
I think before stage splits were announced The Strokes had their logo on the poster along with Pulp and Blink/Beyoncé, below the headliners, and I think they were billed as NME headliners. Matt42
I guess every festival needs to be screamed by zane lowe half an hour after being supposedly announced. Expect us to know the second headliner at 7:30 guys.
Paul ™
It will have leaked by then
PatsInThePark
Fully expect headliners to be leaked in the papers tomorrow leaving Zane to announce majority of the other acts. Any idea who the headliners are Paul?
Chiefski
Alot if not all will be out by 5pm, imo, the headliners atleast will be
HP1995
Everybody throw their final guesses for headliners out there!
DiegosLeftHand
Would it not be a bit of a pain in the arse for Zane Lowe to read out about 60 acts? Don't really see the logic in this, would be better if they released undercard then headliners on Zayn Lowe. It would be better if they didn't use Zane Lowe at all, but that's a whole other story. Matt42
Headliners: Biffy, Eminem, Calvin, Arctic Monkeys I'l stick with that until i'm either disappointed or surprised.
CMPUNK1606
Rolling Stones ??
Matt42
They've only been linked to one european event in 2014, and that's Pinkpop, which may be a one off. Rolling Stones ??
CMPUNK1606
Does anyone still think Eminem will be a headliner ?

Matt42
I'm starting to seriously doubt it and beginning to get a bad feeling about the whole thing....
ashes.of.the.colours
EDIT: Never contribute but just my guess anyway: Biffy - Beyonce/Avicii - Arctics Beyonce just cause they mentioned her tour ages ago (I seem to remember) and the hashtag last night and her tour last week (hence the later announcement maybe?). Then Avicii just cause he's big but not so much so it would overshadow Beyonce and was also touring the Uk last week with no Scottish date - admittedly Summer Sessions got bad rep but still think he would have done one, however, that's probably just me. Obviously Eminem/The Prodigy would be preferred but don't wanna get too hopeful and at least it wouldn't be Calvin Harris again. Is the T Lady presale done by link? Chiefski
Headliners: (optimist) Biffy Clyro Arcade Fire (with The Prodigy doing an aftershow set) Arctic Monkeys (realist) Biffy Clyro Kasabian with Calvin Harris afterwards Arctic Monkeys with a strong enough undercard to not care to much anyway
Fezzy_buzzer
Why would anyone not think it's eminem after what keese said? He's pretty much always right. I seem to remember him naming libertines for Leeds in 2010. At the time they hadn't done anything in years, and seemed like it would never happen.
