Glad to see Paolo Nutini has been added as a rumour. Always liked his stuff and not saw him perform in a while now.

Id like to think we'd get a fair bit of the lineup. Don't they usually tend to leave one or two NME headliners till later? Excuse my memory wasn't David Guetta not announced until later last year? Wasn't he the last NME headliner to be announced?

Genuinely do not understand why they don't just do what Download does and announce all 3 headliners within a small time period. Or at least 2 with a couple of subs or other stage headliners. Would make ticket sales much much better and actually might give themselves some respect (depending on the headliners), and perhaps people who are undecided on what to go to in the summer might choose T because they know what they'll be getting. I don't see any reason why they should keep everyone waiting other than contract issues.

Well they did last year didn't they?

Maybe they aren't allowed to announce the remaining headliners, last year T was rihanna's only festival appearance in the UK, so they weren't held back at all from announcing her. The Killers had announced all their other shows.

IF and IF our headliners are Eminem, Biffy & (whatever dance act) etc... maybe they haven't announced all their UK shows yet or something, or they are being held back for other reasons.

Eminem's world tour has only announced africa & australia at the moment so I can understand why (if he's playing) news is being held back.

To be fair every year the festival has only announced one (or none) before new year it has sold out, apart from the last 2 years and that was down to lineup obviously so they must reckon its a decent enough strategy

Well as annoying as it may be to us, announcing the biggest band in the uk right now will draw in a lot of ticket sales, mainly from AM fans. But do T really care? Honestly I don't think they care about repeat bookings due to where the festival is, and if it sells tickets.

Yeah I know, I just feel they could be doing even better if they just cared a little more about the people who go to their festival and actually listened to what the people have to say about it. It's all about money to them which is a real shame.

Although you have to hand it to them.. T have been able to book some huge acts lower on the bill that have been pretty difficult to catch in the past...

I saw Eminem at Leeds last year, and whilst I'm glad I did as he was a nostalgic act for me, I have no burning desire to see him again. Having said that, if he is at T and there isn't much else on I'd catch him out again!

Austrailia + Africa up until march, then that's branching off to Europe and finishing in America according to press reports.

2014- the year 2011 repeated itself.

Nah foos and coldplay won't be doing any festivals at all I reckon, I imagine they will do their own shows then return to festivals in 2015.
