As theorised eminem may be playing those European festivals and it may be him who they are holding off...

His tour has only been partly annouced, and soon the rest will be. If he's in Europe July time he could be that big headliner.

Perhaps it could be The Prodigy in to Eminem on the Saturday night. The Prodigy seem to be returning to headline status these days, and their light show would require darkness. Eminem would then have his ego satisfied by playing last, and have a tonne of time to get to the stage.

He's coming....

Yeah but with playing Summer Sessions last year, which is essentially a mini TITP in Glasgow, its the same promotor booking the same act 3 times

Personally I would love Eminem to play with someone like the prodigy on before or after him, would be a near perfect night for me, I just can't see it

I agree... I mean in terms of repeat acts, it's better than blooming kasabian every year right?

Kasabian were re booked after 2 years... If they've booked eminem again they clearly have done well for themselves. It will sell tickets, especially after how well his newest album was received...

Aye, it'd be a strong set of headliners. I reckon the undercard is gonna surprise people too. There will of course be the shit that people expect ( people seem to forget that there's been a percentage of shit every single year ), but I'm more optimistic about what is below the headliners than I am about who takes those slots.

EDIT: Festivals announced for June and August for The Waterboys. This can't be anything other than good news.
