it's a 50/50 dude. Bdo headers or we'll say bands that can head here have done a mixture of them. But iow has a history of headers playing t as well which Is why is can't be ruled out, ratm and kasabian played both in 08/12. It was the killers at t and iow this year but except for 2011 I think t featured a lot if not all back to 06, it does include some where they didn't headline at bdo but likes of kas are much bigger here.

it might be a similar year to 11 when no one played here, who knows but blur could be a t band that wasn't really thought of

the one thing you won't see is iow share with reading.

arctics didn't like reading last time by all acounts but dizzee blew them away at v in 2011 by all accounts too

it's big day out in oz mate, I think there are various reasons popped up over this week for PJ and AF. PJ touring June - it leaves Glasto still possible. AF - there was something about only europe early summer and R&L is too early, they are in Denmark weekend of IOW and it seems very possible if they don't announce another fest/gig over than way.

Blur - It's just guessing work really but out of the years 06 to now, I think I'm right saying only 2011 is one where a header and even a lower down band didn't play over here.

I'm sure I've brought this thing up before but it got chucked out, it's relevant though I believe, but as said it could easily be a 2011 type year.

In fact I'm not far off thinking they are the three headliners! It's only whether drake headlines or subs is what I'm wondering.

I can see this but I can see the problem being unless T haven't thought of it is that the audience for these acts are very different which unless there are better similar bands to healdine acts on all days I can't see lineups like this getting many people buying weekend/camping tickets. As people that want to see Biff/AM will not want to see drake, the same goes for drake fans

I don't know, drake would be a big sub, but he headlined wireless way before nothing was the same, and this new album has been huge and he's definitely got bigger as certain tracks did better here than in the US. I think him headlining would be justifiable.

Plus he is touring Europe next summer

drake is a big shout, sold a lot of tickets for an arena tour, for some unknown silly reason, I reckon he'd get a sub though.

No I don't think so either, thats why I'm unsure that they'll continue with a big pop headliner on the saturday... Say it was Blur/AM/Biffy, that would sell a shit load, maybe even sell out with a good undercard. I'm not saying they'll ditch the pop element but they could still book big pop acts that wouldn't headline and if they had say Avicii, C&S and Prodigy or Calvin or Katy Perry heading the 2nd stage that would sell the tickets for the pop fans, keeping a diverse lineup with a happy mixture of fan base.

Well thats how I'd look at it if I was the booker/organise. Just hope they see my logic

I have the feeling that if I was at T next year I'd have to choose between Arctics and The Prodigy, almost inevitable isn't it?

I'd like to see Biffy so that clash wouldn't help, I just think to go against everything they'd not clash The Prodigy with GaGa

I know what you mean, even though it doesn't seem there would be a crossover appeal for Prod and Gaga I just don't think they'd book those two massive acts and clash them!

Prodigy - AM would be best for me because I saw AM at earls court recently and benicassim this year so I've seen them under the new album (which I'm not overly keen on) and haven't seen prodigy in such a long time and they're eaisly the better live act.
