2 weeks today I will be.......

On the way down to friends who live on the route to have my last wash before getting to the site in the hot tub in their garden. All of a sudden seems very close being only 2 weeks away

Setting my out of office email. Printing my boarding passes. Running through the checklist. Closing the laptops. Go for a swim & sauna. Craving the 5am wake up for flight.

I'm not sure if booking recording for the three days before Glasto was a great idea or a terrible one - it's going to be a very, very enjoyable few days, but boy, am I going to be distracted.

go to bed. Maccies and a film probably .Will also later in the night resisting the

urge to sample things.

going home and packing the car whilst my wife cooks. Checking I have everything.

Eating last home meal. Check i have everything.

Last shower for nearly a week. Check I have everything.

Get in car to drive, 1st time arriving Tuesdaynight, early wednesday. Checking have tickets and car park pass.

Stop at first layby for one final check have tickets!

By this time in 2 weeks, everything will be packed and ready to go. I'd have packed my kids off to nannies and enjoying my last home cooked meal. Will aim to get a early night (will be leaving at around 3am) but I know I'll be too excited to sleep!!!!
