Whats it like down The Rabbit Hole

The first rule of the Rabbit hole is you don't talk about the Rabbit H.... no wait sorry, that's Fight Club. Due to the similarity of activities between the film and the inside of the Rabbit Hole I often get confused....

OR

It's a great place to head to late at night - not got a huge capacity and can be a little disorrientating if you arrive suitably innebriated. Definately worth the trip up through the Park

I'm sure they'll have new surprises this year but a few years ago, you had to go through a secret door to get to the first secret area, and then you could go on through the 'time tunnel' to get to the super secret area. I won't spoil the surprise of what's down there, but it involves drinking and time... I think you're supposed to answer some sort of riddles to get through into each bit, but we just bribed security with the 6-pint holder of beer we'd been carrying round since finishing our shift behind the bar.

Other than that, the main bit is just a busy bar playing decent tunes. I like the way it's laid out - even though there are loads of people in there, you can still get to the bar and have a chat with a group of mates - like a good pub.

made a visit last time, but just came across some monged up rabbit who was going on about carrots. Decided i couldnt be bothered with his nonsense and went elsewhere.

i've heard from mates its a decent bar. I wouldnt get obsessed with it tho. plenty of other places to have a chilled out drink.

I honestly had a lot more fun in one of the tiny bars off Shangri-La. The Rabbit Hole reminded me a bit of clubs that make people queue to give the illusion of exclusivity. Once we got in it was fairly empty, had some pretty cool decorations but by no means special in the grand scheme of Glastonbury. Might have been because we went on the Sunday night before main headliners were over but that was the time with the least queue and we still queued about 30 minutes. The riddles and costumes and things were all a nice touch but really I wouldn't suggest wasting too much time getting in.

The underground piano bar is an experience mr Eavis himself was there after Coldplay in 2011 as for its location , the badgers have all the answers

While we're at it, where's the underground piano bar? That and the rabbit hole are two places everyone I know has never been to (or they reckon they do, but are bullshitting...)

The underground piano bar i near to the stone circle. Ive only ever seen it once and it wasnt finished yet, it only opened on the friday. Ive heard its in a slightly different place each year, but ive no idea if it actually is.

The Rabbit Hole itself is a brilliant place, down the rabbit hole is something you need to discover, thats the novelty of it really. All ill say is its a hole you have to crawl through to get to some other place. Finding it was brilliant and once youre in its a lot of fun.
