what are people making of the Saturday and Sunday Pyramid days only having seven acts on them? i assumed the Saturday was because the Rolling Stones will have an extended set, but surely the same can't be said for Mumford & Sons. just seven acts seems very few, especially since in past years it's been eight, nine, sometimes even ten or eleven

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds vs. Smashing Pumpkins.

Rolling Stones vs. Public Enemy.

They're the two biggest for me. Shit. On the whole it looks as though I won't be going anywhere near the Pyramid Stage really, or the Other Stage either come to think of it.

The Black Angels self-confirmed for Glastonbury too and yet I can't find them anywhere on the line-up?

Glastonbury's announcement was kinda disappointing, had hoped for at least one add of a major band (e.g. The National).

Roskilde meanwhile totally out of nowhere announced Metallica on a european exclusive yesterday. and people said glastonbury was unpredictable :P a well we might get thom yorke dj'in AFP mediocre album in a random tent..
