Having been to glasto many times (10+) in sun, wind and rain - I have a confession to make.

I have never been to the cider bus!

I have passed it many times (though i dont actually know exactly where it is). In my early years i was too tripped out to want to do alcohol, then I always thought it looked "to busy" when i stumbled across it.

So this year I am going to make a B line for the Bus and be buggered ( i will be the naked one in the mud singing Worzel songs).

Yep - me too! Met a few people in 2011 and really looking forward to this year's meet.

My name's Simon btw. Not that anyone will remember by then.

Felt a little bit foolish last time having to explain my name was Simon, when I post as Midnight Man (just a song I happened to love when I signed up). Bit of a comedown :D Perhaps I should change it, though Glasto Simon's been taken of course. Anyway, really looking forward to meeting everyone (even the right wingers) ;)

Definitely gonna head down to the cider bus on the Wednesday morning/afternoon. Well it might take me until Thursday to find it to be honest as I've never been :D

Debating getting a T-shirt on the go but that may clash with what ever costume I eventually settle on, might just give in to the onsie, might be a cliché but makes such good PJ's.

On my ones now my 2 partners in crime bailed so hopefully I'll meet some like minded nutters!

Hello everyone. I have been told by my friend about the cider bus meet for years and am really looking forward to it as this will be my first year at glastonbury. I am so excited I think I might explode :startle:

    • Israel and Lebanon agree to a ceasefire...problem is Hezbollah, and problem with Hezbollah is Israel. Israel should withdraw, put onus solely on Hezbollah...who are already weakened, which would then strengthen credibility of the Lebanese govt. But with Netanyahu in charge that is unlikely.
    • I saw that the payment method is contactless wristbands - I understand you collect them at the festival site and can top them up there as well? Yes, there are top up points, keep the recepe if you want to withdraw the money in the end   How much does food and drink usually cost at the festival? We would like to know how much money we should prepare for the festival. Beer, Wine etc. 5€, Gin tonic, Whishkey Cola were 6-6.5€, food 10€    Is there a bus from the festival site to the city center? And are there any stops along the way? No offical info yet, but ussualy there are free festival buses from Ljubljanica to festival site, with few stops on the way. Nice to get to the festival but crowded from festival back to the city.   Where is the best place to find an Uber/Bolt to return from the festival site? Petrine ulica   Are there any shaded areas to take a break from the strong sun? Yes, i think there is some.
